1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ph03 platform (website, mobile applications, or any associated services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ph03 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform signifies your ongoing acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

ph03 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the ph03 website. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and participate in gaming activities on ph03. This age requirement complies with Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR authority and applicable national law. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

ph03 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of account balances.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The ph03 platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform and placing bets. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.

ph03 employs geo-location technology to verify user location. Attempts to circumvent location verification through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means constitute a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a ph03 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in the Philippines
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Date of birth

You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the ph03 platform. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. ph03 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void related bets, and withhold or confiscate funds and winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

Accounts registered using the same personal information, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses may be identified as duplicates and subject to closure.

2.5 Account Verification

ph03 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

Verification requests must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, including withdrawal suspension. ph03 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph03 account credentials (username and password). You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You must immediately notify ph03 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. ph03 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

ph03 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. While ph03 implements industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that internet-based systems are subject to inherent security risks.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph03 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment method. ph03 does not charge deposit fees for standard transactions. Your payment provider may impose its own fees.

You acknowledge that deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. ph03 is not a financial institution and does not provide banking or investment services.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name that matches your verified ph03 account details. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed or denied if verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed during the withdrawal process. ph03 processes most GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes, though this is a target timeframe and not a guarantee. Bank transfers may take one to five (1-5) business days.

ph03 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if fraud or money laundering is suspected. Withdrawals may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met or if prohibited activities are detected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ph03 maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with Philippine law. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Attempts to use ph03 for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Betting Rules and Game Fairness

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph03 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, syndicate play, or sharing account information.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or using betting strategies designed solely to circumvent bonus terms.

ph03 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and actively monitors for prohibited activities. Suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in account restrictions or closure pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph03 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game content, is the property of ph03 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph03 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any ph03 content without express written permission.

The ph03 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph03.cam. Unauthorized use of ph03 trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph03 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph03 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Technical issues, including server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or software malfunctions, may occasionally occur. ph03 will make reasonable efforts to restore service but shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control.

You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses are possible. ph03 is not responsible for gambling losses. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your means.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the ph03 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph03 customer support. Our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding arising from these terms or your use of ph03.
